  • Wearable Live-Display & Sponsor Branding: A custom high-brightness chest display showing live photo previews to engage guests, switching to sponsor logos, videos, or custom slides when idle.

  • Pre-Event Gallery Link: Organizers receive a shareable album link prior to the event to include in invitations, event collateral, or sponsor communications. Photos populate in real time, creating a live broadcast for attendees and remote followers while giving media, press, or marketing teams immediate access.

  • Live Digital Gallery: Photos stream in real time to an online gallery via on-site Wi-Fi (backed up by a dedicated cellular hotspot). Digital downloads are delivered in high resolution (3600 × 2400 px), engineered for professional portfolios and commercial printing up to 8" × 12".

2. PORTRAIT STATION (STUDIO SETUP)

3. GREEN SCREEN PORTRAIT STATION

  • Professional Lighting: Two high-output softbox lights providing magazine-style illumination.

  • Chroma Key Technology: Physical 10' × 8' green screen used for immersive digital background replacement.

  • Custom Environments: Guests are "transported" into themed digital locations or branded graphics. Stations offer up to 3 to 5 selectable backgrounds per event. Our team can assist in sourcing these images, or clients may provide custom assets one week in advance.

  • Dual-Screen Viewing & Branding: Images appear on a tripod-mounted screen—and can be mirrored to a client-provided TV or monitor via HDMI—to display live photos and play sponsor ads between live captures.

For Event Hosts & Brands:

  • All services support custom video/still loops, and logo added to photo overlays. Contact us to feature your brand or monetize your event’s screen time.

BRANDING, OVERLAYS & DISPLAY MEDIA SPECIFICATIONS

  • Option A: In-House Design Service: Clean, theme-based overlays, green screen backgrounds, and display graphics created by DVPIX (AI-assisted).

  • Option B: Client-Provided Digital Assets: Client provides custom artwork matching our native 3:2 aspect ratio standards:

    • Custom Overlays (Foreground Frames): Transparent PNG files delivered at 5400 × 3600 px (3:2 aspect ratio) to allow for professional post-production editing and scaling.

    • Green Screen Backgrounds: High-resolution JPG or PNG files delivered at 5400 × 3600 px (3:2 aspect ratio).

    • Sponsor Ads & Idle Media (Station Monitors): Still graphics (JPG/PNG) or video loops (MP4, ideally 10 seconds or less) formatted in 3:2 aspect ratio at 2880 × 1920 px resolution for seamless full-screen display between live captures.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Space: Minimum 12' × 12' level floor space required for Studio and Green Screen setups.

  • Power: Access to one dedicated standard 15-amp outlet within 20 feet of the setup location.

  • Connectivity: Real-time gallery delivery utilizes venue Wi-Fi, backed by cellular failover.

  • Backdrops: Client-provided physical backdrops must meet a minimum size of 10' × 8' (W × H).

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

  • 14+ Days' Notice: 100% refund of all payments received (including retainer).

  • 7–13 Days' Notice: DVPIX retains the 25% retainer; all remaining payments are fully refunded.

  • Under 7 Days' Notice: DVPIX retains the 25% retainer plus 50% of the remaining balance, as custom digital assets and staffing schedules are locked.

  • Rescheduling: Subject to schedule availability. If DVPIX is unavailable for the requested new date, standard cancellation terms apply.

  • Event Safety & Professional Conduct: To maintain a safe operating environment, DVPIX reserves the right to cease services without refund if personnel encounter hazardous conditions, abusive behavior, or actions that threaten staff safety or equipment integrity.

  • Provider Unavailability: If DVPIX is unable to perform due to unforeseen circumstances, reasonable efforts will be made to secure a qualified substitute. If no substitute is secured, a 100% refund will be issued.
